How long does a hypnotherapy session last?
Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy sessions usually last for one & a half hours. However, because each session is specifically tailored to the individual's needs, session length may vary from time to time, with some sessions being a little longer and others a little shorter. Fees - How much does it cost?

Birmingham Fees:
£125 per session (approx. 1½ hours)*
Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy
2 session Package -- £275
London Fees:
£175 per session (approx. 1½ hours)*
Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy
2 session Package -- £375
Please note that the first visit takes around 2 ¼ hours and there is no extra charge.
If you'd like to book sessions with us, a valid credit or debit card is required in order to hold and confirm your appointment. Alternatively you may send us a cheque by post or pay by cash in person.
Should you wish to pay by card, advanced payment will be taken from the card that you used to confirm your booking two (2) working days before any scheduled sessions. Should you wish to cancel or reschedule any of your reserved appointments with us, we do require at least two (2) working days' notice in order to avoid charges.
Cheques will be deposited two (2) working days prior to your appointment.
If paying by cash, we need to receive payment at least two (2) working days prior to your appointment.

Birmingham Consultations: Thursday and Friday
London Consultations: Monday and Tuesday
General office hours are 10.00 am to 7.00 pm
Out of Office Hours Appointments
* A limited number of out of office hour appointments are available. Sessions commence at 7:00 pm and end at 8:30 pm. These appointments attract a £20 surcharge
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We fully understand that life doesn't always go as planned and that there may be times when you just cannot make it to your appointment. As long as you give us a minimum of 48 hours - two (2) working days' notice, which enables us to book another client into your time slot, no charge will be made.Clients giving less than 48 hours - two (2) working days - are, however, required to pay for missed sessions.
