A New Year, A New You
Something about a New Year opens the possibility that we can leave behind old habits and take on a new and better way of living.'Everything in the past died yesterday; everything in the future was born today’ as the ancient Chinese proverb has it. And certainly, this is the feeling many of us experience as we head into the New Year, armed perhaps with at least one New Year’s resolution.
